Injection heart from the thorax (press down vertical arrow):
- Place the victim supine on a hard surface and then knelt beside. Two hands to be straight, put a hand on the lower half of the original sternum, the other original hand superimposed. Note the fingers are not pressed into ribs (because it can break ribs) and nose, sternum (to prevent bleeding in the liver and stamping).
- Press hand down the sternum, made down the sternum 4-5 cm deep (Figure 2) with a frequency of 60 beats / minute.
If only one first aid, rescue breathing, start by pressing the heart 5 times 15 times and then two breaths and then presses the heart 15 times again. Pause 5 seconds to start the circuit. Next to perform rescue breathing 2 times and 15 times the force the heart. Just after 5 cycles of 5 seconds so they stopped to diagnose, continued until the victim is breathing and pulse returned.
If there are two first aid, rescue breathing first man to five times Monday and forced the heart 15 times. Then rescue breathing and forced a heart 5 times again. Stop for 5 seconds to diagnose and so on until you see the breath and pulse again.
